I never went to sleep last night, so around 6:40AM I went running on my old trail. I have not been there in a long time, because trees have fallen and weeds have grown and I barely got a run in :/
Regardless, I felt my heart beating in my throat from running so hard and I am ready to get into some routine.
I was looking at pictures from last fall when I was down to 500 cals a day, and throwing up if I ever went over.
I want to be thin again. It all went down hill after New Years. Let’s pick this up!
